Jamila stayed in constant communication and kept me fully updated on my car throughout the entire process. The two young men who first inspected it were incredibly kind and clearly knowledgeable. They identified the issue quickly and got it fixed without delay. The customer service is truly top tier! I highly recommend them.

As a single mother with a Porsche Macan, finding an auto shop I can genuinely trust has not been easy. Porsche repairs can be expensive, and while I want quality work, I also want to avoid paying dealership-level labor costs for every repair. I recently started taking my vehicle to Urban Garage, and I can honestly say I felt like family from the beginning. What stands out to me most is the owner. He is on-site every day, personally overseeing his team and taking the time to speak with customers. He doesn’t just tell you what’s wrong with your vehicle he takes you to the car, shows you exactly what he sees, explains what needs to be done, and even points out things you may want to keep an eye on in the future. That level of transparency means a lot to me. I’ve also compared pricing with Solo Motorsports, where I previously took my Porsche, and I’ve been extremely pleased with both the care I receive and the cost at Urban Garage. I’m sharing this review especially for the other single women who may

Michael and Jamila are the sweetest people. I will recommend this shop to everyone I know. Michael is honest, and I’ve never had a mechanic diagnose my car right then and there when it was brought in. It was fixed and ready for pickup within 18 hours, and his pricing was really fair. So thankful to have found him!

I’m so glad I came across ATL Urban Garage! A couple of days ago, I accidentally ran over some debris in the road, which knocked out my front bumper sensor. I thought I had fixed it myself by pushing it back into place, but the warning light was still showing on my dashboard. When I came in, Mike was incredibly helpful. He took the time to explain what the issue might be, walked me through what he was doing, and showed me exactly how he fixed it. His patience, professionalism, and willingness to educate me meant so much. As someone who doesn’t know much about cars, I really appreciated how he made everything easy to understand and never made me feel uncomfortable asking questions. Mike quickly got my sensor working again, and I left feeling much more informed and confident. Excellent customer service like this is hard to find. Thank you, Mike, for your kindness, honesty, and expertise! I highly recommend ATL Urban Garage to anyone looking for trustworthy, knowledgeable, and genuinely caring service. I’ll definitely be back if I ever need help again! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
